My practice is focused on representing people who’ve suffered serious injuries in several areas: automobile accidents and injuries; trucking accidents and injuries; motorcycle accidents and injuries; wrongful death; injuries to children, and dog bites. I believe these are the areas that I can best serve my clients in and I concentrate my practice in these areas.
I specialize in representing both adults and children who have been seriously injured. I have a particular interest in representing children who so often do not receive proper representation because of their young ages.
I’ve represented injured people in Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.
I’ve successfully tried 41 cases before a jury in my career and have done so in state and federal courts across the country. In each case I helped my clients, people just like you, recover damages for the injuries, the pain, and the suffering they had endured as the result of other people’s wrongdoing.
And I’ve been very successful. In 1998, I received the largest verdict in a wrongful death of a child in the history of the State of Arizona when the jury awarded my clients Four Million Dollars.
My extensive experience means I can provide the kind of representation that you deserve when you have been injured. Some personal injury law firms treat you like a number because of the large number of cases they have.. I work alone and with a limited number of clients so I can give each quality legal services.
